Hello!

I have been known to walk up a mile long hill in San Francisco, heavy grocery bags in hand, to go from one grocery store to the next because the first one didn't have organic chicken... Before you write me off as psycho, you should know I've put in the same amount of effort to get my hands on a spicy marg on a Tuesday. Let's just call that "priorities"...! 

I am SUPER intrigued by natural ingredients (both edible + otherwise) and their affect on my overall health + appearance. I started this blog as a place to collect, document, and share all my little tips on beauty by way of health + wellness.
